One-on-One Career Consulting sessions consist of four hours of personalized one-on-one instruction, four detailed homework assignments and subsequent homework reviews, direction assistance throughout the execution of program requirements, and post-program follow-up conversations with Ella to help fine-tune techniques for searches, self-marketing, and information deployment.
One-on-One Career Consulting sessions are custom-tailored to each individual participant, and concentrate on: Defining value proposition, resume writing, identifying companies that fit, accessing key employer contact information for direct marketing initiatives, writing compelling solicitation messages that set you apart from your competition and get read, and follow-up and interviewing strategies and techniques.
Scheduling and Fees
Ella works nationally and is available days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate a wide variety of schedules. One-on-One Career Consulting sessions are provided over the phone or in-person depending on geography and preference.
Fee: $750.00
Resume Re-Writes Fee Only: $250.00

Group presentations and Outplacement services are offered at a reduced rate by contacting ella@ellakallish.com for more information. Group rates apply only to in-person presentations and may vary in content with a running time of approximately four hours with one fifteen minute break.
